GoldMine Business Contact Manager - Introduction

This course takes you through the basics of GoldMine Sales & Marketing, including navigation, managing contact records and activities, e-mail functionality and an introduction to some more advanced features.

The course will include a balance of theory and practical sessions to ensure the attendees will feel confident enough to start using the software in a most effective manner.

The course has been designed for students who have little or no experience of Client Relationship Management systems. Those who have a reasonable understanding of the Windows operating system and other Microsoft Office products will be at an advantage.
