Introduction to MS Project

This course focuses on the techniques and principles the Microsoft Project software package.

The course will include a balance of theory and practical sessions to ensure the attendees will feel confident enough to manage reasonably sophisticated projects.

The course has been designed for Project Managers who are already familiar with the basic principles of project management and who have a reasonable understanding of the Windows operating system. Experience of other Microsoft Office products will provide an advantage.
