Challenge

Raisley is a dynamic Face-to-Face Marketing company dedicated to introducing its client brands to their targeted consumers in new and innovative ways.

Based on the premise that people buy people, their pro-active promotional teams present their client brands direct to the public or trade, in a Face-to-Face context, at a wide variety of venues. They remove a lot of the headaches generally associated with live activity and events by utilising a pragmatic approach? one based on experience, simplicity and integrity.

Based near London Bridge in the heart of the city of London, Raisley required an IT company offering a truly personal and flexible approach. Again reliability and non-stop running would be a pre-requisite and so they needed to source a company that would be willing and able to react to virtually any situation, in order not to impact on their various projects.

Their need was for a network of computer systems to provide an integrated operation whereby everyone had full communications with each other, irrespective of their physical location.

Future upgradeability was also key and so a strategic approach to their network and infrastructure was essential.

Solution

The Total Package designed, installed and configured a network of mainly Compaq and Hewlett Packard equipment including a fileserver and workstations, along with various portable notebooks, where appropriate.

ISDN links were installed to provide secure incoming remote access along with access to the Internet and email for all personnel. Specialist printers and scanners were provided to complement their requirements.

Benefit

Raisley now have a reliable network providing all their administrative needs. Over the years both companies have benefited from the development of a close working relationship. As a result Raisley often uses The Total Package in a consultancy role in order to assist with their strategic plans and the impact that IT has on their business.
