Established in 1959 as Klippon Electricals Limited, HBC Engineering Solutions Limited acquired their Sheerness based production facilities on the 1st April 2003.

To develop the business HBC recognised the importance of the sales and marketing function. To this end they wanted to implement a Client Relationship Management system that would be both flexible and effective for their business.

A strong support infrastructure was required to assist what they saw as a small but essential sector of their workforce, if they were to maximise their investment.

After researching the marketplace HBC selected The Total Package Ltd to advise them on their needs. A full workflow analysis was conducted of their present and expected needs and from that a specification was drafted for review. Finally the solution was formed from this specification and the marketing team were trained on the final product as developed for them. The Total Package now supports HBC Engineering both using the telephone and a secure remote access facility from our offices.
